Siena brings out its worst at Loyola; Sluggish Saints buried by 3-point barrage, fall by 29.(Sports)

BALTIMORE - The Loyola men's basketball team made its statement by midway through the second half, when a 3-pointer - one of many, many 3-pointers - helped push its lead to 30 points.

Then, in the game's closing seconds, the Loyola students made their statement: They chanted "over-ra-ted" - over and over - in the direction of the Siena bench.

The Saints marched into Reitz Arena alone in first place, looking like the conference's most dominant team. But 40 minutes of basketball later, Loyola issued this reminder: Titles aren't decided in January.
